What to do in the Bingin area
Bingin Beach has a famous world class surf break. The wave is fast and shallow. Perfect for the more experienced surfers. However, during high tide beginners can easily access the wave as well, therefore the wave is for everyone.
At Bingin beach one can see Impossibles and Padang Padang on the left and Dreamland on the right. All great waves as well, but especially padang pading is famous for its competitions during the summer. It is a surf paradise.
About 100 meters from the entrance of Exclusive Bali Bungalows is the beach, however we are located on a high cliff, 50 meters from the edge. Please note we do not have ocean view, to reach the beach its about a 5minute walk down the cliff. The sunsets are amazing and on clear days you can see the volcanos of Bali and even Java.
In Bingin itself are also a lot of local bars which get pretty crowded and fun during Thursdays and in the weekend. There are enough opportunities to meet fellow world travelers, surfers and expats
Exclusive Bali Bungalows has itself a little mini zoo. We have 3 cats, 1 dog, many squirrels running around, countless tropical birds and occasionally we see a water monitor.
About 10 minutes by car is another famous wave called Uluwatu, in Uluwatu there is also a temple with a kecak ceremony every day. It is definitely worth a visit.
In Jimbaran which is only 15 minutes away there is a big cultural park called Garuda Wisnu Kencana.
For the party goers there is a big event every Sunday in Uluwatu where more than 1000 people come together.
If you have not had enough than there is also Legian street which is just a 35minute drive away. This street is full of all of Bali's biggest clubs and bars.
